Your training. Clearly understood.

Understand every session. Choose the next one with evidence.

Bring supported Concept2 and completed PM5 workout evidence together. ErgCoach separates what was recorded, what was calculated, what remains unknown, and why a structured next workout was suggested.

Deterministic calculations first. Optional AI explanation second. No invented workout data.

Coaching that shows its work.

Recorded stays recorded.

Imported and device evidence keeps its source.

Calculated stays labelled.

Derived metrics and projections name their method, range, or confidence where supported.

Missing stays missing.

ErgCoach does not replace unavailable evidence with a confident guess.

Explore the features

From history to next session

A clear loop, not a black box.

1

Connect or record.

Connect a Concept2 Logbook account, or use a supported Mobile workflow to capture completed PM5 evidence.

2

Review the evidence.

See supported metrics, provenance, confidence, missing reasons, trends, references, and assessments.

3

Choose the next step.

Review a structured recommendation, then accept, modify, postpone, replace, or reject it.

4

Feed the loop.

Optional readiness and post-workout feedback provide context for future deterministic recommendations.

Workout analysis

See what the session supports—and what it does not.

ErgCoach can present supported distance, duration, pace, power, stroke rate, heart rate, intervals, split behavior, consistency, and provenance. A missing metric remains unavailable instead of being filled with zero or a fabricated estimate.

Next workout

A recommendation you can inspect and control.

The recommendation record is structured and deterministic: purpose, duration, warm-up, main work, cool-down, available targets, alternatives, reason, safety notes, and confidence. You remain in control of what happens next.

Progress with context

Trends, tests, and estimates—without promises.

Follow supported weekly and monthly volume, frequency, pace, power, stroke-rate and heart-rate trends; revisit fitness assessments; track goals and adherence; and view deterministic projections with ranges, assumptions, evidence, and confidence.

Illustrative values only. A projection is historical evidence, not a personal-best promise, medical clearance, or guaranteed outcome.

Connected evidence

Concept2 sync today. Passive PM5 observation where supported.

Concept2 Logbook

Authorize ErgCoach through Concept2 OAuth to synchronize supported Logbook workout history. Connection status, manual sync, reconnect, and disconnect controls stay with the athlete.

Disconnecting stops future sync and clears stored access credentials; already imported ErgCoach workouts remain.

PM5

Supported Mobile workflows can passively observe documented PM5 telemetry and upload completed-session evidence. The athlete still starts and records the normal workout on the PM5.

Current boundary: PM5 workout programming, start/stop control, and universal compatibility are not verified or offered. Physical PM5, phone, and Watch coexistence acceptance remains in progress.

Train with context

Optional context. Explicit consent. Authoritative safety states.

A quick readiness check can include sleep, fatigue, soreness, motivation, stress, pain, illness symptoms, available time, and desired challenge. Health-related profile information and readiness data are stored only through the applicable consent flow.

Device roadmap

Mobile workflows are being validated honestly.

ErgCoach has Mobile and Apple Watch software workflows for workout coordination, passive PM5 evidence, and heart-rate context. Physical Watch/iPhone/iPad/PM5 coexistence, latency, HealthKit exactly-once behavior, store distribution, and production signing remain acceptance gates.

Privacy by boundary

Keep sensitive context optional and visible.

  • Athlete pages are authenticated and use no-store browser-cache controls.
  • Health-related inputs use explicit consent rules; health is off by default in report previews.
  • Concept2 tokens and backend provider secrets do not belong in the browser client.
  • OAuth return values are cleaned from the browser flow and unsafe return URLs are rejected.
  • Experimental camera frames are intended for transient on-device processing and are not recorded or uploaded by default; the feature is not generally available.
  • Athlete-controlled report previews include only selected sections and are not automatically sent.

Start on the Web. Check capability details before relying on a device workflow.

Web account creation is currently available. Public pricing plans, paid tiers, free-trial terms, Mobile store availability, and general PM5/Apple Watch hardware acceptance have not been published.

Questions worth answering clearly.

Does ErgCoach replace a coach or medical professional?

No. It provides training information and non-diagnostic safety states; it does not provide medical clearance or emergency monitoring.

Does AI decide my workout?

No. Deterministic services select and calculate the structured record. An optional AI explanation cannot change it.

Can ErgCoach program my PM5?

No verified production programming or control is currently offered. Supported Mobile observation is passive.

Is the Mobile app available in an app store?

Public store availability, production signing, and physical acceptance are not published.
