Start with your goal.
Adaptive onboarding asks for a goal and recommends useful context. Health, constraints, and equipment details remain optional and consented where required.
Evidence to action
ErgCoach organizes available evidence, labels its calculations, and presents a structured next step without pretending every input or metric is available.

Authorize Concept2 Logbook synchronization, or use a supported Mobile workflow to capture completed PM5 evidence passively.
A readiness check can be skipped. Assessments do not force a maximal 2,000 m test; the available evidence and safety state shape supported options.
Evidence and analysis
Workout records can show measured, calculated, and unavailable states. Supported analysis may include pace, power, stroke rate, heart rate, splits, intervals, consistency, source and confidence.
Recommendation lifecycle
The deterministic recommendation contains purpose, duration, workout structure, available targets, alternatives, rationale, safety notes and confidence. You can accept, modify, postpone, replace or reject it.
AI may explain the stored record in clearer language. It does not select the workout or change measurements, targets, confidence, missing reasons or safety status.
No single optional input is required for the whole loop. Missing evidence can limit what the service can present.
Supported trends, assessments, goal progress and projections retain ranges, assumptions and confidence. Athlete-controlled report previews contain only selected sections; health is off by default.
Web: onboarding, history, analysis, recommendations, progress, planning, reports and account controls.
Mobile validation: workout coordination, passive PM5 evidence and Watch-related software workflows subject to physical acceptance.
